Price included: accommodation – price per night for whole apartment, parking, electricity power, final cleaning, VAT.

Price not included: accommodation tax (0.35 €/person/day), bed clothes, towels (4,- €/person/stay), insurance

Account: 7 day staying is 1 night free

Deposit - caution: 100,- €  - for the possible damages. The deposit money will by returned in cash to the guest after finishing the stay and finding no damages.

Reservation and payment conditions: After sending the filled out reservation form we will confirm the availability of your required date and will book the apartment for you until we receive the deposit – advance payment (max. 5 days from our reservation confirmation). Advance payment - 50 % from the accommodation price – within 5 days from our booking confirmation. Additional payment - 50% is necessary to pay before stay. Accommodation starts on the day of arrival at 14.00. Check out on the day of departure until 10.00.
